Brut sparkling wine obtained from a selection of Pinot Noir grapes grown in the hills and harvested exclusively by hand. The vinification is carried out in white with a partial cold maceration and a soft pressing. It is a dry, fragrant and well-structured wine, enhanced by a careful and long sparkling process. It is a versatile wine, suitable for any occasion, it is ideal as an aperitif, perfect to be served with cold and raw dishes.
